Returns & Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Our Signature Line pieces are produced in limited quantities and carefully inspected prior to shipping, while all other items are made to order and created specifically for you. For these reasons, all sales are final.
If your item arrives with a defect, please refer to the Defective Items Policy below for next steps. Approved defective items will be replaced at no additional cost.

Defective Items Policy
If your item arrives with a defect, we’re happy to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wellworncollective.us with:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the defect
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note:
• Defects refer to manufacturing flaws or damage that occurred prior to delivery.
• Normal variations in color, texture, or print placement are part of the made-to-order process and are not considered defects.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges for made-to-order items outside of approved defects.
